I'm almost a week behind on posting, so my text updates will be minimal while I try to get information up on this site.
As such, my comment today is going to be limited to the fact that holy crap, I ate a ton of calories today! The most I've eaten since I started losing weight I'll bet. I had a nice filling breakfast at Waffle House, followed by dinner much later at Outback. My burger and fries were fairly reasonable at 1118 calories, but my half of the dessert amounted to 880 calories. So by adding just one half of a dessert, my calorie count jumped up over 2000 for just dinner, and 3000 for the day.
If I ate three meals today, or ate the complete dessert, I could have easily topped 4000 calories. It's very easy to see how people eat far too many calories. I'm losing weight, conscious of what I'm eating, and trying to restrain myself. And yet, I managed to overindulge without realizing it. Crazy.
