Still haven't forgotten about the running graphs. Soon. Playing catchup blog-wise so I want to knock out a couple quick posts so I can get my stats up and take care of housekeeping.
Now that I'm tracking calories and macronutrients, I made some adjustments to the "Meals" in my daily stats. I've decided to make similar changes to the Exercise section as well. The program, calories and miles are still available, but you have to hover over the basics for the details. Maybe I'll start doing something similar with the weight and fat percentages as well. Eventually all this will link out to more detailed pages.
Long term, my goal is to post every day by midnight of the following day. I broke that this weekend, but that's okay. As I mentioned in a previous post, blogging every day is less important than: eating less, moving more, lifting weights, recording weight/measurements, recording food and taking daily photos. If the blogging runs a few days late but I'm still doing all that, I'm very pleased.
